• The acquisition of hotel Saint-Louis en l´Isle (Ile Saint-Louis) was done in June 2008. The renovation is in process.

• The acquisition of Pavillon Saint-Louis Bastille (formerly Hotel Belle Epoque) was done in July 2007. The renovation was completed in March 2008.

• The acquisition of a new hotel is under consideration.
